This Soft Square furniture store in Sarasota, Florida is a well-known modern furniture destination with a vast selection of beautiful and unique pieces. The store's knowledgeable staff, including Jason, Ivan, and DeAnn, provide excellent customer service and are happy to help clients find the perfect furniture for their space. The store's inventory includes high-quality, European-made furniture from top brands such as Calligaris and Ligne Roset, as well as stunning rugs, magnificent mirrors, and exquisite lighting. While some clients have reported long wait times for deliveries, the store's flexibility and willingness to accommodate special requests have been praised by many. The store's showroom is clean, organized, and beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to browse and explore. One issue to note is a negative review from a client who had a poor experience with the owner, Teliee, who was described as bullying and misogynistic. However, this incident appears to be an isolated one, and the majority of reviews highlight the store's excellent customer service and commitment to quality. The store's location is convenient, with free parking available, and the hours of operation are suitable for most clients. The store accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards.Overall, Soft Square is a great option for those looking for high-quality, modern furniture in Sarasota.
