This place is a great choice for those seeking alternative medical treatment. The staff is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Luu and Dr. Jiang have a reputation for providing excellent service, with many clients praising their expertise and bedside manner. They take the time to listen to patients' concerns and create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs. The acupuncture and cupping sessions are relaxing and effective, with many clients reporting significant improvements in their symptoms. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that puts patients at ease. One issue that stands out is the occasional miscommunication about insurance coverage and pricing. In one case, a client was mistakenly charged full price for a session, despite having purchased a Groupon. This was later rectified, but it's essential for the clinic to ensure that communication about billing and insurance is clear and transparent.Despite this minor issue, Soaring Crane Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine is a highly recommended destination for those seeking alternative medical treatment. The staff is dedicated to providing excellent care, and the clinic's reputation speaks for itself.
