The Smokin Mj's Smoke Depot is a well-established tobacco shop located on Trouble Creek Rd in New Port Richey City. The shop has an impressive selection of products, including vapes, cigarettes, and smoking accessories, which are organized and easily accessible. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees, such as Dalton and Rudy, being particularly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products.
The shop's pricing is competitive, with some items being significantly cheaper than what can be found elsewhere. The loyalty program is a nice touch, offering rewards to frequent customers. The shop's cleanliness and organization are also notable, making it a pleasant shopping experience.
One issue is that the shop's hours are not well advertised, and some customers have reported that the shop is closed when they visit. Additionally, there have been some complaints about the shop's policy on returns and exchanges, with some customers feeling that it is too restrictive.
Overall, the Smokin Mj's Smoke Depot is a solid choice for customers looking for a wide selection of tobacco products and friendly service. However, some improvements could be made to address the issues mentioned above.
