The Plumbing Place showroom in Sarasota offers a wide range of products, including plumbing fixtures, bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks, and lighting. Their selection is quite impressive, but it could be improved upon. The store's customer service is generally good, with helpful and friendly staff. On the other hand, some customers have had trouble getting assistance when they needed it.
One notable issue is that the store is only open on weekdays until 5 pm, and only on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, which may not be convenient for everyone.
The store accepts debit and credit cards, making it easy to pay for purchases. Additionally, they offer delivery services, which is a convenient option for customers who don't want to pick up their items in person.
The store's location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that cater to people with mobility issues.
