I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the office, which created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, with Natalie at the front desk being particularly helpful. Dr. Sellappan was thorough and gentle during the procedure, and I appreciated her willingness to explain everything clearly. However, I was not impressed by the lengthy wait time, which was frustrating. Overall, I would recommend Smile Spot Dentistry for its quality care and friendly staff, but be prepared for potential delays. The team's commitment to providing exceptional dental care is evident, and I appreciate their use of the latest technology. The variety of payment options and flexible scheduling were also pluses. While not perfect, Smile Spot Dentistry is a great option for those seeking a positive and caring dental experience.
