I have visited The Smile Design in Davenport City several times, and my overall experience has been quite good. The quality of care I received from the dentists and hygienists has been high, and I have always felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. From the front desk to the dentists, everyone has been kind and attentive to my needs. They make a genuine effort to get to know each patient and address any concerns they may have.Another positive aspect of this practice is their emphasis on comfort and compassion. They understand that going to the dentist can be a stressful experience for many people, and they do their best to put patients at ease. They offer sedation dentistry, which is a great option for those who are anxious or fearful.However, I did have one negative experience at this office. One of the staff members seemed overwhelmed and short-tempered, which made me feel uncomfortable. But I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that the office took steps to address the issue.Despite this one mishap, I would still highly recommend The Smile Design to anyone in need of dental care. They are a professional and caring team that truly puts their patients first.
