Smart Auto Solutions is a car dealer located in Lake Alfred City, Florida. The business has a mixed reputation, with some customers praising the owner, Alex, for being honest and helpful. They have reported receiving affordable and well-maintained cars. One customer even mentioned that Alex personally financed the difference to make a car more affordable. On the other hand, there are some concerns about the business. Two customers left 1-star reviews, describing their experience as "terrible" and "bad all around." They claimed that the owner spoke poorly about their supposed moving business, which seems to be a misunderstanding. However, the owner's responses to these reviews suggest that they are dealing with customers who may have a personal vendetta. The working hours of Smart Auto Solutions are relatively limited, with the business being closed on Thursdays and weekends. The address is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. Payment methods include credit and debit cards.Despite the issues, Smart Auto Solutions seems to offer competitive pricing, which is reflected in the 5.0 score. However, the quality of the cars and the business's innovativeness are concerns. The overall score is 4.0, reflecting a mixed experience. The only issue with Smart Auto Solutions is the questionable business practices and poor customer service.
