This location is a well-regarded travel agency that offers a variety of tours and cruises. The staff is friendly and professional, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness and responsiveness. The company has a strong reputation for being reliable and accommodating, with some reviewers mentioning that they have used the agency for multiple trips without any issues. One issue to note is that there have been some concerns raised about the company's handling of changes to itineraries. One reviewer mentioned that they were not informed about a change to their trip until the day before it took place, and that the change added several hours to their journey. However, it appears that the company has taken steps to address this issue, with the reviewer later updating their review to say that they were compensated for the inconvenience. The company's buses are generally well-maintained and clean, with some reviewers praising the drivers for being patient and friendly. However, one reviewer mentioned that the bus they were on had not been adequately cleaned, which is a rare complaint. The agency's pricing is generally considered to be fair, with many reviewers mentioning that they have been able to find good deals on trips. However, one reviewer did mention that they had a frustrating experience with the company's booking process, which led to their children missing a field trip.Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable travel agency. However, it's worth being aware of the potential issues with changes to itineraries, and making sure to confirm any reservations in writing.
