The place has a lot to offer, but it seems that quality is not always at its best. The facility is wheelchair accessible and has a comfortable restroom. However, one of the biggest issues is the unprofessional staff. Several clients have reported bad experiences with the staff, including being left alone during the sleep study, not being provided with basic necessities such as water, and even being told that the staff would leave the facility to go to a gas station to buy toilet paper. On the other hand, the facility is great for those who need medical sleep services. They are very friendly and professional, explained the process well, and even set up a CPAP machine at home. The staff is also very polite and friendly. However, the facility's cleanliness is also a concern, with one client reporting that the bathroom was filthy and trash-filled. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but the quality issues are a significant concern.
