The SKY Family YMCA CDC at North Port location has received mixed reviews from parents. While some have praised the dedicated teachers and educational programs, others have expressed concerns about the quality of care. The facility has been criticized for its cleanliness and staff's professionalism. One parent reported finding a baby crying on the floor with a feeding pillow under her neck, while another experienced their child coming home with a rash and scratched forehead. However, some reviewers have had positive experiences, mentioning their children's teachers as caring and attentive. It's worth noting that the facility is a non-profit organization that offers a range of services, including child care and education. Despite the issues, the facility has received a 4.0-star rating from third-party sources. As one of the negative reviewers stated, "This place needs to be shut down immediately." Another reviewer had concerns about the director's behavior, describing her as "very rude and disrespectful." These issues highlight concerns about the quality of care and the facility's ability to provide a safe and healthy environment for children.
