Labor for Hire & Skilled Resources is a labor temporary staffing agency with a location in Tampa City, providing skilled, semi-skilled, and un-skilled workers across the state of Florida. The agency is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for people with disabilities. Their working hours are from Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, with Saturday hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 am.The agency's pricing is excellent, offering a wide range of services at a fair price. However, some clients have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service they received. One client had a positive experience, mentioning that the agency provided them with steady and consistent work during difficult times. They praised the agency's ability to help them during hard times. On the other hand, several clients have had negative experiences. One client had trouble communicating with the staff behind the desk, feeling belittled and disrespected. They were frustrated with the agency's inability to provide them with work, even after arriving early and waiting for over two hours. The client felt that the agency's policy of waiting until 9:00 am to provide jobs was unreasonable.Another client had a similar experience, feeling that their time was wasted after arriving early and waiting for several hours without receiving any work.Overall, Labor for Hire & Skilled Resources has a decent overall score, but the quality of service and innovativeness of the agency need improvement. The agency should work on improving communication with clients and providing a more efficient and respectful service.
