This business is a well-established animal service provider, with a physical location at Building 1415, Main St Street, Suite 430, in Dunedin City. They offer pet day care services, as well as in-home pet sitting. Their working hours are consistent throughout the week, with the exception of Sundays when they are closed. The staff, led by Bonnie, are described as dependable, kind, and pleasant. They are willing to accommodate last-minute requests and have a strong bond with the pets in their care. The services provided are of high quality, and clients appreciate the attention to detail and the care given to their pets.Prices are reported to be very reasonable and competitive, which is a major selling point for many clients. One client mentioned that they are willing to pay a premium for the excellent service they receive. The staff's adaptability to last-minute needs is also a significant advantage. There is one issue that stands out, and that is the lack of variation in the staff's hours. They are closed on Sundays, and it would be beneficial for clients to have access to services on this day. However, this is a minor complaint in an otherwise excellent service.
