Based on the information provided, this location seems to have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, as reflected in the overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients. The staff is described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with many reviewers praising their ability to work with customers to find the right vehicle and negotiate prices. The quality of the vehicles appears to be a mixed bag, with some reviewers mentioning issues with maintenance and repair, while others report satisfaction with their purchases. The pricing at this location is competitive, with many reviewers noting that they were able to find good deals on vehicles. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the business has a reputation for being "shady" and "untrustworthy," which may be a concern for potential customers. Overall, this location seems to be a solid option for those looking for a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price, but potential customers should be aware of the potential risks. The most notable issue is the lack of transparency in some of the reviews, where some customers have mentioned that they were not fully informed about the condition of the vehicles they purchased. This lack of transparency has led to some customers feeling taken advantage of and recommending that others "look elsewhere." This suggests that the business may need to work on improving their communication and disclosure practices to build trust with their customers.
