The business has a mixed reputation. While some guests praise the location, cleanliness, and amenities, others express disappointment with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. The resort's pricing is generally considered fair. Some guests have reported issues with the Wi-Fi, and there are complaints about the timeshare sales presentations. However, the staff is often described as friendly and helpful.
