The location is well-liked by its customers, with many praising the helpful and friendly staff. The store's vast selection of hair products, wigs, and beauty supplies seems to be a major draw, with many customers appreciating the ability to find everything they need in one place. However, some customers have had issues with the prices being a bit higher than what they're used to at other hair stores. One customer had a particularly bad experience, feeling racially profiled and targeted by the owner's son while attempting to make a purchase. This incident has raised some concerns about the store's security and treatment of customers.Overall, the store seems to be a great resource for those looking for a wide range of hair products and beauty supplies, but customers should be aware of the potential for higher prices and be cautious when making purchases.
