The business is located at Building 5686, Derek Ave Avenue, Sarasota City, providing services such as lawn care, ornamental service, interior pest control, rodent control, termite protection, and irrigation maintenance. The company has a good overall rating of 4.6 from third-party sources. However, there are some issues with the quality of service, particularly with communication and follow-up. Some customers have reported difficulty in reaching management and technicians, and have experienced problems with weeds and crab grass in their lawns despite regular services. On the other hand, the pricing seems to be reasonable, and some customers have reported excellent experiences with certain technicians, such as Jeff and Eddie, who are knowledgeable and provide good service. Overall, the business has some room for improvement in terms of quality and communication, but it seems to be doing well in terms of pricing and innovativeness.
