The working hours are standard, with the location open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and closed on weekends. The clients have generally had positive experiences with the location, praising the quality of the shutters installed and the professional, communicative service provided by Brett and his team. Some clients have mentioned the high quality of the shutters, which have added beauty to their homes. Others have appreciated the company's ability to provide solutions to complex window treatments, such as a round window in a bathroom. However, there have been a few issues reported, including a client who experienced low-quality products and poor customer service.
