Working at Sherry Flathman's office in Building 7411, Manatee Ave W Street, Suite 100, in Bradenton City, I was able to experience what makes this real estate agency stand out. Their team, including Sherry, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by how responsive they were, always getting back to me quickly and addressing any concerns I had. The agents at this office are top-notch and will go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied. While I had a positive experience, I did notice that there were some inconsistencies in the services offered, which sometimes resulted in additional costs for the clients. However, this is a relatively minor issue compared to the overall exceptional service that this agency provides. The fact that they were able to close on time and efficiently was a testament to their professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. If there's one thing I would suggest to the team at Sherry Flathman's office, it would be to standardize their services and pricing to avoid any confusion or additional costs for their clients. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Sherry Flathman's office, and I would definitely consider working with them again in the future.
