Sheltair is a convenient location for travelers, with a reputation for superior customer focus and service-driven corporate culture. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is professional and friendly. However, some issues with understaffing have been reported, which can lead to longer wait times. The amenities are basic, but the FBO is clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for travelers heading to St. Petersburg, with quick access on and off the ramp. The facilities are also suitable for corporate travelers, with nice conference rooms and computer areas. The staff is eager to help, and the fueling process is smooth. Overall, Sheltair is a solid choice for travelers, but attention to understaffing and wait times would improve the experience.
