This location has some good qualities but seems to be lacking in others. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, there have been some issues with being able to charge electric vehicles, which is one of the main reasons people visit this Shell station. The poor quality of the electric vehicle charging station has caused customers to become frustrated. It seems like the prices are on the higher side, but no concrete evidence is available.Despite being situated on Gulf Blvd Boulevard, in the heart of St Pete Beach City, this location does not seem to live up to its potential. With Shell Recharge Charging Station as a co-brand, one would expect a high level of quality in terms of innovation, but unfortunately, it does not meet expectations. This location appears to be struggling with the basics of being a fuel station, making it difficult to maintain a positive reputation.One major issue that consistently pops up is the inability to charge electric vehicles. This has been a consistent problem for customers, causing them to leave the location and never return. It's surprising that a location that claims to have electric vehicle charging capabilities does not follow through on this promise. With such a significant limitation, it's hard to see this location improving in the near future.
