The business is located on Hesperides Rd Road, Floor -60, in Lake Wales City. The gas station is open 24/7, which is convenient for drivers who need to refuel at any time. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming, with some customers praising specific employees, such as Isabelle. The gas station has a wide range of amenities, including a convenience store, ATM, air pump, and restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. However, some customers have complained about the cleanliness of the store and the fact that the printer outside the pumps sometimes fails to print receipts. The gas prices at this station are competitive, and some customers have noted that they can save a few cents per gallon by using the Shell app or paying with a credit card. However, one customer reported being charged more than the advertised price when paying with a debit card. The overall atmosphere of the gas station is clean and convenient, with some customers praising the ease of in-and-out service. However, there is one major issue with the gas station: the inconsistent printer, which can cause problems for customers who rely on printed receipts. Some customers have praised the quality of the service and the cleanliness of the store, while others have noted that the prices are a bit higher than at other stations in the area. The business has made an effort to respond to customer complaints and has a customer service team that is available to address concerns.
