This Shell gas station has both its strengths and weaknesses. The location is convenient and well-organized, with a Cuban cafe attached that offers affordable and delicious home-made food. The staff is often friendly and quick to assist, making the experience pleasant. However, some customers have reported issues with car wash quality, gas prices being higher than other nearby stations, and some employees being rude or unhelpful. There are also some negative comments about the car wash, which leaves dirt spots and soap spots on vehicles. Additionally, some customers have been disappointed by the high gas prices and the fact that prices are only advertised for cash, while credit and debit card prices are higher. However, many customers appreciate the 24-hour availability and the convenience store, which has a good selection of items. Some employees have been praised for their customer service, being friendly and helpful. Overall, the Shell gas station has room for improvement, but it is a decent option for those in the area. One notable issue is that some customers have reported being ripped off with the gas prices, where the advertised price is not the actual price when using a credit or debit card. This is a concern that needs to be addressed.
