This Shell station is located on Dale Mabry Highway and offers a range of services, including gas pumps, a car wash, and a convenience store. The location is convenient, with on-site parking and a Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop inside the store. However, the quality of the services seems to be a major issue, with several customers complaining about problems with the gas pumps, car wash, and customer service. Some customers have also reported issues with the quality of the gas, with one customer claiming that it ruined their vehicle's engine. The prices at this Shell station seem to be competitive, but the convenience store is not consistently stocked, and some customers have complained about the lack of clean restrooms and trash problems in the area. The staff seems to be unhelpful, with some customers experiencing rude treatment from employees. The owner's response to customer complaints seems to be lacking, with some customers feeling ignored or dismissed.
