This location is a convenient stop for travelers, offering a wide range of services, including fuel, convenience store items, and food options. The Shell café provides a welcoming atmosphere for grabbing a quick bite or drink. However, the inconsistency in staffing and availability of services can be frustrating, as seen in the reviews. While some customers appreciate the friendly staff and cleanliness, others have experienced issues with slow diesel pumps, unauthorized transactions, and a lack of stock in the convenience store. It's also worth noting that some customers have mentioned issues with card skimmers and fake prices being posted. To improve, this location could focus on ensuring that all services are consistently available, even outside of regular business hours. Addressing concerns about unauthorized transactions and implementing measures to prevent card skimming would also be beneficial.
