This chiropractic clinic has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from patients, with many praising the friendly and knowledgeable staff, effective treatments, and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic offers a range of services, including chiropractic care, massage therapy, and laser therapy, and has a strong reputation for helping patients manage pain and improve their overall health. Many reviewers have noted the expertise and caring nature of the doctors, particularly Dr. Landon Burt, who has received praise for his ability to diagnose and treat complex issues. The clinic's massage therapists have also been highly praised for their skill and attentiveness. While some reviewers have mentioned that the office could use a renovation, the majority of patients have been impressed with the clean and well-maintained facilities. The clinic's use of state-of-the-art equipment, such as the DRX9000 decompression system, has also been highlighted as a major plus. However, one reviewer did note that their experience was not as warm and welcoming as it had been in the past, with staff seeming a bit snippy. This issue highlights the importance of maintaining high standards of customer service, even in a busy and well-established clinic.Overall, Sheldon Road Chiropractic and Massage Therapy seems to be a top-notch clinic that prioritizes patient care and satisfaction. With its wide range of services, expert staff, and welcoming atmosphere, it's no wonder that this clinic has such a strong reputation in the community. One area for improvement could be to address the issue of a less-than-warm reception experienced by one reviewer. This could involve providing additional training to staff on customer service or making adjustments to the office layout to create a more welcoming environment.
