This business location has a strong overall score, indicating a positive experience for most clients. The quality of services is good, with many clients praising the thorough and caring approach of the staff. Pricing is reasonable, although some clients may find it a bit steep. The business has shown a high level of innovativeness, particularly in its ABA therapy services. However, there is one major concern. Some clients have reported poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. This is a significant issue, as it can lead to frustration and a sense of being dismissed. For example, one client mentioned that their issues and concerns were disregarded, and they did not receive any communication or correspondence from the clinic.Despite this issue, the business has many strengths. The staff is generally professional and courteous, and many clients have reported significant progress and improvement in their children's lives. The business also identifies as Latino-owned, women-owned, and Black-owned, which is a positive aspect. To improve, the business should focus on addressing the communication concerns and ensuring that clients feel heard and valued. This could involve implementing clearer communication channels and regular check-ins with clients. With this improvement, this business location has the potential to be truly exceptional.
