I've been to Shangri-La Bath & Sauna a few times, and I must say it's a unique experience. The place is cozy and has a retro charm to it, which might not appeal to everyone. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The spa services, especially the body scrub and massage, are top-notch and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The food is also delicious and authentic Korean cuisine. However, some areas of the facility could use some renovations, and the outside appearance might not be the most appealing. But overall, it's a great place to unwind and disconnect from the world. One thing to note is that the mandatory 17% gratuity can be a bit steep for some customers.
