This community has a lot to offer, with a beautiful park-like setting, friendly people, and a variety of activities. However, there are some issues with the maintenance and management of the community. Some residents have complained about the uneven and narrow sidewalks, and the lack of maintenance on the amenities such as the fountain in the lake and the plumbing in the clubhouse. Additionally, there have been reports of problems with the office staff, including dishonesty and a lack of accountability. One resident even reported being falsely accused by a neighbor and receiving threatening letters from the management. Despite these issues, the community has a lot of potential and could be a great place to live for the right person. The management and maintenance issues need to be addressed in order to improve the quality of life for the residents.
Note: The innovativeness score is empty because there is not enough information provided about the community's innovative features.
