ServiceMaster Restore is a well-established company with over 65 years of experience in restoration services. They have a strong presence in Ocala City, with a location that is wheelchair accessible and open 24/7. The staff is professional and well-trained, as seen in the positive feedback from customers who received top-tier mold removal services and deep cleaning. One of the notable aspects of this business is its ability to offer a wide range of services, including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and carpet cleaning. However, a few customers have reported issues with their experience, including feeling let down by the company's values and actions. One customer mentioned that they felt blindsided and deeply let down by the company's decision-making process, which seemed to disregard the people who had shown up day after day to give them their time and trust.Despite this issue, many customers have reported a positive experience with ServiceMaster Restore, praising their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. They have also mentioned that the staff is very thorough and professional in their work. With a rating of 4.3 out of 5, it's clear that this business has a strong reputation in the community, but there may be some areas for improvement in terms of their customer experience.
