This storage facility has a lot to offer. The staff is always helpful and willing to lend a hand, making the experience a great one. The facility has a wide selection of packing supplies, and the employees are knowledgeable about what they sell. On-site parking is available, making it easy to drop off and pick up your belongings. The facility is also wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature. One of the downsides is the difficulty in accessing the facility due to the construction on US 19. Despite this, the employees always seem to find a way to make the customer feel needed and wanted, which is impressive considering how slammed the location can get. The prices are very reasonable, which is a major plus. However, one issue is that the staff may not always know how to handle refunds, which can be frustrating for customers. Overall, this facility is a great option for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient storage solution.
