This U-Haul storage facility in Brooksville, FL is a convenient option for those in need of a storage space. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some reviewers praising the excellent service they received from Raymond and Marie. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a secure parking lot and wheelchair-accessible entrance. However, there is a concern about the pricing, as some reviewers found it to be high and not very manageable. Additionally, there was one incident where a customer had issues with the return of a rental truck and was charged extra fees for fuel and late return. The facility's working hours are standard, with Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Payments can be made with debit cards and credit cards, and the facility offers on-site services. It's worth noting that the U-Haul facility is part of the Self-Storage at U-Haul co-brand, which might indicate a certain level of consistency in service and quality across locations.Overall, this storage facility seems to be a decent option for those in the area, but it's essential to weigh the costs and services against your specific needs before making a decision.
