This storage facility, managed by U-Haul, offers a range of services, including moving truck rentals, cargo vans, and pickup trucks. The convenient location and fair prices are major advantages. Customers often praise the staff's knowledge and quick service. Many have had positive experiences with this location, with some mentioning the availability of packing and moving equipment. However, there have been some issues with cleanliness and staff efficiency. One customer reported a problem with payment processing, which led to a discrepancy in charges. Despite these issues, most reviewers have been satisfied with their experience. Unfortunately, the facility has a rat infestation problem that has resulted in damage to customers' belongings. Addressing this issue is crucial for maintaining a high-quality service. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance are a definite plus. Overall, the facility seems to offer a range of services, but it needs to improve its cleanliness and staff management to prevent issues like the one mentioned.
