This U-Haul facility is a gem, offering a range of services including storage, moving trucks, and more. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the experience of renting a storage unit or moving truck a breeze. They are knowledgeable, patient, and kind, always willing to lend a hand when needed. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with easy access and a convenient location. The units are clean and well-kept, and the staff is always happy to assist with any questions or concerns. While the staff is generally very helpful, there is one notable exception. One reviewer reported a negative experience with a staff member who was allegedly rude and unhelpful, although this appears to be an isolated incident. Overall, however, the staff is a major strength of this facility, and they are a key reason why customers rave about their experiences. The prices are very competitive, and the value for the service received is excellent. The staff is quick to respond to communications and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. One thing to note is that the facility's hours of operation are somewhat limited, with certain days and times not being available. However, this is a minor quibble, and the staff is generally flexible and willing to work with customers to find a solution that meets their needs.Overall, this U-Haul facility is a top-notch operation, with excellent staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, and competitive pricing.
