This U-Haul location is a great place for various storage needs, offering services such as moving truck rentals, cargo vans, and pickup trucks. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with parking and entrance suitable for people with disabilities. The working hours are convenient, but be aware that the location is closed on Thursdays.
The staff is highly professional and helpful, with many customers praising their excellent customer service. However, there have been some issues with mouse infestation, which damaged some customers' belongings.
Prices are reasonable, with various payment options available, including debit and credit cards. The location is well-maintained, but the storage lockers are situated high up, which might be a challenge for some users.
Most customers have had a positive experience, but a few have reported feeling misled about the costs of propane refills. Despite these issues, the location's overall rating remains high, reflecting its commitment to delivering excellent service.
The communication from the management has been good, with them responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns. This suggests that they value their customers and are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.
