The staff is friendly and helpful, with many reviewers praising their customer service. The facility is well-maintained, with clean and secure storage units. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the staff can be busy and may not always be available to assist with immediate needs. One reviewer had a negative experience with a staff member who they found to be unfriendly. The location is accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The working hours are varied, with some days having longer hours than others.
