This storage facility offers a wide range of services, including storage units, moving trucks, and vehicle rentals. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees standing out for their exceptional customer service. However, there have been some issues with the storage units, including leaks and difficulties with accessing them. The facility has undergone renovations to improve its amenities, including the addition of drive-in bays and automatic doors for easy loading and unloading. Some customers have praised the facility's reliability and security, while others have noted that it can be a bit dusty and the hours of operation are limited. The staff has also been commended for their flexibility and willingness to help customers resolve issues.Overall, this facility appears to be a solid option for those in need of storage or moving services, with a few areas for improvement. However, one significant issue stands out: the inconsistent quality of the storage units. While some customers have had no issues with their units, others have experienced problems with leaks, dust, and difficulty accessing their belongings. This issue may be worth exploring further when considering this facility for your needs.
