They all seem to genuinely care about their patients and make sure they feel comfortable and at ease. The therapy process is explained thoroughly, and the staff is always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Some patients have reported that the staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The therapy team seems to work well together, and it's clear that they have a passion for helping their patients recover. However, there is one notable issue that some patients have experienced with the receptionist, Ashley, who was described as having a bad attitude and being rude to some patients.
