I visited Building 610, Heritage Sq Dr Drive, Haines City City and had a great experience with Richmond American Homes. Their service options are convenient, with onsite services and online estimates available. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, with Mary Latuszek being a standout representative. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. The homes themselves are beautiful, with nice space and high-quality finishings. However, one area for improvement is the quality control during the final stages of construction, as the superintendent could have done a better job of preparing the house for handover, with some issues such as stains on the floor, non-functional AC, and missing appliances. Despite this, I would highly recommend Richmond American Homes for their excellent customer service, quality of homes, and reasonable pricing.
