This beautiful park located on Severn Ave Avenue in Tampa City offers a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and recreation. The park's waterfront location provides stunning views of Hillsborough Bay, and the walking paths and cycling lanes make it an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or bike ride. The park is also equipped with amenities such as swings, picnic tables, and a playground, making it a great destination for families and children. Dogs are welcome in the park, and there is even a designated dog park area where pets can run around off-leash. The park's accessibility features, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it an inclusive space for visitors of all abilities. One minor drawback of the park is the lack of restrooms, which can be inconvenient for visitors who need to use the facilities. However, this is a minor issue that does not detract from the overall experience of the park.Overall, Seaplane Basin Park is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and connect with nature. Its tranquil atmosphere, beautiful views, and amenities make it an ideal spot for relaxation, recreation, and socializing.
