This office has a great atmosphere for kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making nervous children feel more at ease. They have a great team of professionals who work well together to provide excellent care. It's a good place to learn about dental hygiene and get regular check-ups. The front desk staff is also very kind and accommodating. A great experience overall, with very few minor issues. One problem that stood out is a concerning incident of a doctor yelling at a child with sensory issues, which made them feel scared and uncomfortable. This incident is a major red flag, and the office should take steps to ensure that all staff, especially pediatric dentists, are trained to handle sensitive cases with care and empathy.
