I recently visited the apartment rental complex located at Building 3100, Hawthorne St Street, Lot 306 in Sarasota City. The overall atmosphere of the place is very pleasant and welcoming. The complex is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.The quality of the apartments is average, but some of the units may need some renovation to make them more comfortable for the tenants. I noticed that some of the rooms have a nice view of the surrounding area, which is a big plus.One thing that stands out is the pricing. It's a bit too high, considering the quality of the apartments and the location. I think the management could offer some discounts or promotions to make it more competitive.The complex has a unique concept, thanks to its partnership with Scott's directions. This co-branding adds an extra layer of convenience for the tenants, making it easier for them to navigate the area.However, there is one area that needs improvement - the parking situation is a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hours. There are not enough parking spots available, and some of the spaces are quite far from the apartments.Overall, I would recommend this complex to those who value convenience and a relaxed atmosphere.
