This custom homes builder has a solid reputation, as evidenced by their good overall score. Quality is a key aspect of their business, and they seem to deliver well-built homes. However, pricing is a bit higher than average, which may not be suitable for budget-conscious clients.Their working hours are standard, with the office open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend services available. The address is easily accessible, located at Building 617 on US-301 Street in Sumterville City. The co-brand, Scott Mann Custom Homes, suggests that they have a strong presence in the local market. Unfortunately, there is a potential issue that some clients have experienced. They reportedly use contractors to finance jobs, which may cause delays in payments, and in some cases, materials and samples may not be returned.Scott Mann Custom Homes has good customer service, and their responsiveness is praised by some clients. However, one client had a negative experience and was let go from the company, highlighting the potential for conflicts with contractors. The overall experience at Scott Mann Custom Homes is mixed. While some clients praise the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff, others have had issues with contractors and payment delays. As with any business, it's essential to research and weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
