The business location is located at Building 6978, Shimmering Dr Drive, Lakeland City, and offers a range of services, including Landscape Design, Plant nursery, Construction & Development, Garden Centers, and Garden center. The features of the business include the acceptance of credit cards, debit cards, and checks. However, the overall experience for customers has been poor, with many reviewers expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of service and products. Most customers have reported negative experiences, including being greeted by a run-down home and unkempt jungle behind it, being asked to leave because they weren't interested in buying, being spoken to in a rude and discriminatory manner, and being followed out of the store by the owner. Several customers have also reported difficulty in finding the business, with one reviewer mentioning that it was closed. One reviewer did report a positive experience, stating that the female worker was friendly and informative, but the male owner was rude and unhelpful. Another reviewer mentioned that the business had high-quality plants, but the owners were eccentric and lacked social skills. It is worth noting that some customers have reported that the business appears to be unkept and overgrown, with weeds and poor maintenance. However, one reviewer mentioned that the business had grand ideas and a unique selection of plants.Overall, the business location appears to have significant issues with customer service, quality of products, and general cleanliness and organization.
