The location appears to be a clean and welcoming spa offering a range of services, including body waxing, facials, and ear candling. The staff is friendly and professional, with many reviewers praising the expertise and attention to detail of the technicians, particularly Tiffany. The spa has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with amenities such as a free parking lot and wheelchair accessibility. The location has received high praise from reviewers, with many stating that they will return and highly recommend the spa. One negative review stands out, where a reviewer felt uncomfortable with the technician's approach, but the owner's response suggests that the technician was simply trying to prepare them for the process. One potential issue that may need to be addressed is the high volume of repeat business, suggesting that the spa may benefit from increasing its staff and services to accommodate the demand. Additionally, the owner's response to negative reviews may benefit from being more empathetic and less defensive. Overall, the spa appears to be a reputable and customer-focused business.
