The business is located at Building 825, N Lime Ave Avenue, Sarasota City, and it specializes in professional rug cleaning, repair, and restoration services. They offer high-quality work, exceptional service, and reasonable prices. The staff is professional, friendly, and communicative, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free for clients. The business has a long history of excellent service, dating back to the 1950s, and has been consistently praised by clients for its attention to detail and commitment to quality. However, one notable issue that has arisen in the past is a failure to meet expectations for one client, who reported that their rug was left in a worse condition than when it was dropped off. Fortunately, this issue appears to have been addressed by the new ownership and improved processes. Overall, Sarasota Rug Spa is a trusted and reliable choice for those seeking expert rug cleaning and restoration services.
