The working hours are Monday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no availability on Wednesday and Saturday. The overall rating is high, indicating excellent service quality, but pricing is slightly lower than the highest rating, suggesting it's still reasonable but not the cheapest option. The innovativeness of the business is also high, indicating a willingness to adopt new technologies or methods to improve service delivery. The reviews provided demonstrate consistent praise for the business, with customers mentioning the friendly and professional staff, quick and easy process, and high-quality service. Many reviewers highlight the owner's or technician's expertise and efficiency, such as Mike, who is mentioned multiple times for his excellent customer service. Some reviewers appreciate the convenience of online scheduling and the ability to track the status of their documents after the process. One reviewer mentions the business's willingness to accommodate a last-minute appointment before a holiday, showing flexibility and adaptability. One potential issue is the inconsistent availability of staff, particularly on Wednesday and Saturday, which may impact customers' ability to get their fingerprints taken on those days. However, this is not explicitly mentioned in the reviews, and the business's overall rating suggests that this is not a major concern for most customers.
