This golf course is a must-visit for any golfer. The challenging layout, designed by Donald Ross, will test your skills and provide a fun and memorable experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and making sure that your visit is enjoyable.One of the standout features of this course is its unique charm and character. The course has a classic feel, with many of its original features still intact. The clubhouse is beautiful and historic, with a lovely atmosphere that is perfect for socializing and enjoying a meal.While the course is challenging, it's not unforgiving. The layout is fair and well-designed, with plenty of opportunities to score well. The course is also well-equipped with modern amenities, including GPS-enabled carts and a driving range.The only issue that I noticed was with the driving range, which was said to be a bit dangerous and in need of repair. However, this is a minor complaint, and it's not something that detracts from the overall experience of playing this course.Overall, I would highly recommend this golf course to anyone looking for a challenging and enjoyable round. With its beautiful layout, excellent staff, and unique charm, it's a true hidden gem in Sarasota.
