This location is quite open for customers, with 24/7 working hours throughout the week. They have a clear address at Building 313, 12th St W Street, Palmetto City, and a phone number +19419812196 for those who need to reach them. Their partnership with Santana's Concrete Designs adds to their reliability.A customer appreciated the responsiveness and value provided by the business, which hints at their focus on customer needs. Some customers have praised the quality of work, such as Nereo's crew doing an excellent job with backfilling a trench and pouring a generator pad. Another customer described the business as family-owned, which could contribute to their friendly approach. On the other hand, there was a complaint about poor communication and what the customer perceived as incompetence, including taking their money without completing the work as agreed upon.It is worth noting that the concrete contractor seems to be proactive in their work, as evidenced by Nereo's eagerness to work and do a good job. However, the negative experience suggests there could be room for improvement in terms of communication and following through on commitments.
