I have been to Sanitas Medical Center in Clermont a few times and had a generally good experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Vanessa and Militza at the front desk. They are always helpful and efficient in getting me checked in and scheduled for appointments. The medical staff, including Dr. Matos and Dr. Bonkowsky, are also very professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The only issue I had was with the waiting time, which can be a bit long at times. However, the staff always keeps me updated on the status of my appointment and apologizes for any delays. Overall, I would recommend Sanitas Medical Center to anyone looking for a good doctor's office with friendly and professional staff.
