I have visited this medical center a few times and generally had a good experience. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The doctors and nurses are professional and seem to care about their patients. However, there have been some issues with appointments and wait times. One time, I had to wait for over an hour to see my doctor, and another time, my appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge. These experiences were frustrating, but the staff did apologize and try to make it right. The medical center accepts a variety of insurance plans, which is convenient. They also offer online booking and other modern features. However, it seems like some of the staff may not be very tech-savvy, as there have been times when the online system didn't work as expected. Overall, I would recommend this medical center to others, but I hope they can work on improving their appointment and wait time issues. The wheelchair-accessible facilities are a big plus, and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, there was one issue that stood out - a significant wait time for a refill on medication, which can have serious health consequences. This is not acceptable and should be addressed as soon as possible.
